Two DGES profs awarded NSERC Discovery Grants

Congratulations to Doug King and Murray Richardson who each received 5 year NSERC Discovery Grants for their research.  Doug King received his grant for a “Remote Sensing of Vegetation Biophysical and Biochemical Attributes as Indicators of Ecosystem Condition and Processes” .  Murray Richardson’s grant was awarded for “Water-balance modelling in complex terrain: new approaches for Canada’s northern lowland and Precambrian Shield regions”.
